Do Parents Have To Fill Out Forms Every Time They Register?

Overview

No, the Enrichment.kids system remembers customer's form responses and does not make them fill out forms again, as long as:
  1. It’s the same customer using the same account
  2. It’s the same kid
  3. It’s the same form
  4. The form has not been edited
  5. The form has not expired

Form Expiration Dates

Businesses are given the choice of setting expiration dates on their forms. For example, a form that asks the height and weight of a child might need to be filled out every 3 months, considering how quickly kids grow. Businesses can therefore choose "3 months" as the form's expiration date. This will mean the form expires 3 months after it was last filled out, and if a parent registers after that timeframe, they will be asked to fill out the form again.

Editing Forms

Businesses can edit their forms at any time. However, any edit (even a small one) will reset the form for all customers.

It might seem like some edits are insignificant, but imagine a question with this title:
  • "Please list adults that can pick up your child."
  • Changed to: "Please list all adults that cannot pick up your child."
Most forms are safety-related, and if someone adds an additional safety question (or just 3 additional letters to a word, as in this example) to a form we require that customers fill it out again the next time they register.
