Email Verification Troubleshooting

If you previously registered with Enrichment.kids and you get stuck at a "Resend verification email" error at login - that means you probably logged in with Google last time. You should click the "Login with Google" button. 

If you are registering for the first time and have not received your verification email, try looking in your spam folders or waiting a few minutes.

If you don't receive the verification email, you will be given the option to resend the verification email. Please note that this option actually sends a new verification email. You may, then, end up getting several verification emails to your inbox. You'll need to click on the most recent verification email (not any previous emails) to accurately verify. 

If this problem persists, contact us and we'll manually verify your email for you so you can continue.
