Statuses Explained 

1. Availability!:   Availability! status means the camp has open spots ready for your child to join the fun. These listings are actively using our registration tools, ensuring you have the latest information on hand.
2. Waitlist Only:   For those popular camps that are currently full, Waitlist Only indicates that while registration is open, new applicants will be placed on a waitlist. This is your chance to be in line if a spot opens up!
3. Registration Opens Soon:   When you see a listing marked with a future date and time under, for example, Opens 3/28, it signals that the provider is gearing up to welcome new registrations. Mark your calendar, so you don't miss out!
4. Verified:   A Verified status assures you that the provider has claimed their listing and confirmed the details. If they're not using our registration tools or registration isn't open yet, this badge is your signal of a provider's active engagement with our platform.
5. Unclaimed:   If a listing is labeled as Unclaimed, it's one we've discovered and added based on our research but hasn't been claimed by the provider yet. While it may be accurate, it hasn't been verified by the source.
1. Transitioning from Verified to Unclaimed:   It's important to note that even verified listings need attention. If a Verified listing remains inactive for 9 months or more, we consider the information potentially outdated. It will revert to Unclaimed until the provider re-verifies the accuracy.
6. Archived:   After 18 months without a claim or update, we move listings to Archived status to maintain the quality of our directory. These listings are no longer visible to users, ensuring you only browse through active and relevant options.
