Pro Plan: Subscription Benefits, Billing, and Cancellation

Pro Plan: Subscription Benefits, Billing, and Cancellation

Pro Plan is the Enrichment.kids subscription tier for providers who want premium placement in search results. This article covers what Pro Plan gets you, what it costs, the prerequisites, and how billing and cancellation work.

What you get with Pro Plan

Subscribing to Pro Plan transitions your organization to Featured status. Featured listings receive premium placement in search results across Enrichment.kids, putting your programs in front of more families.

Everything else you already have access to as a Verified provider stays the same: registration and roster management, custom forms, waitlists, the embeddable order form, refunds and cancellations, and the Sales and Payout reports. Pro Plan does not gate any of these features. The upgrade is specifically about discovery placement.

What it costs

$85 per month. Billed monthly to the payment method saved on your organization. There are no setup fees, no annual contracts, and no usage-based charges. One Pro Plan subscription covers your entire organization, regardless of how many listings you have.

Before you subscribe

You need to have completed payment account setup before you can subscribe to Pro Plan. If you haven't finished that yet, you'll be prompted to complete it first. Payment account setup is the same process that lets you accept payment for registrations, so most active providers already have it done.

How to subscribe

  1. Sign in to your provider account and go to your dashboard.
  2. Open the Billing section.
  3. Click the green "Subscribe" button on the Pro Plan card.
  4. Enter or confirm your payment method (credit card or ACH bank account).
  5. Confirm the subscription.

Once payment is confirmed, your organization status changes to Featured automatically. Premium placement begins on your next search indexing cycle, usually within a few hours.

How billing works

Pro Plan renews automatically every month on your subscription anniversary. Your saved payment method is charged on that date.

You can update your payment method, view invoices, and see your billing history in the Billing section of your provider dashboard at any time.

Pro Plan is billed separately from any Advertisement module subscriptions you may have, and separately from the per-transaction service fee on registrations. Each appears on its own invoice.

How to cancel

You can cancel Pro Plan at any time from the Billing section of your provider dashboard. Cancellation is one click.

What happens when you cancel:

  • You keep Featured status and premium placement through the end of your current billing period.
  • At the end of that period, your organization returns to Verified status. Your listings remain published and your account continues to work normally; only the premium placement boost is removed.
  • You are not charged again.

If you change your mind during a billing period, you can restore the subscription from the same Billing section before it lapses.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pause Pro Plan instead of cancelling?
Not at this time. Pro Plan is either active or cancelled. If you operate seasonally, many providers cancel after their busy season and resubscribe a few weeks before the next one.

Are there discounts or promo codes?
Pro Plan does not currently support discount codes.

Will my listings disappear if I cancel?
No. Your listings stay published. You return to Verified status, which keeps all of the operational tools (registration, forms, roster, refunds, payouts). Only the premium search placement is removed.

What if my payment method fails?
The charge will retry automatically. If retries continue to fail, your subscription may transition to past-due and eventually cancel. You'll receive email notifications and can update your payment method at any time from the Billing section.

How is Pro Plan different from buying an Advertisement module?
Pro Plan is an organization-wide subscription that boosts every listing your organization has. An Advertisement module is purchased per individual listing and routes clicks directly to your own website. Many providers use one, the other, or both, depending on what fits their business.
