How To Set Up Your Account to Sell



This guide will walk you through the steps to create a provider account and start selling your spots for camps and classes on our platform.

Step 1: Create a Login

  1. Visit the Login Page: If this is your first time, you'll see a welcome page asking what you want to do first.
  2. Add Camps and Classes: Click the big blue button that says "Add Your Camps and Classes." This will take you to the Provider Dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Provider Dashboard

The Provider Dashboard is where you manage all your listings. You can create listings for free to use our directory, even if you don't plan to sell through us.

Step 3: Sell with Enrichment.kids

  1. Click the Big Green Button: Look for the button that says "Sell with Enrichment.kids" at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Fill Out the Provider Form: You'll be asked to provide details about your organization and yourself.

Step 4: Complete the Onboarding Form

  1. Organization Details: Enter the name, description, website, and phone number of your organization. Make sure the phone number is formatted nicely.
  2. Upload a Logo: Add a logo for your organization.
  3. Safety and Policies: Answer three questions about your staff’s first aid and CPR certification, background checks, and liability insurance.
  4. Fee Structure: Choose how to handle the fees (5% for Starter Plan, 1% for Pro Plan, and 2.9% + $0.30 for credit card payments). Decide whether to absorb the fees, pass them on to customers, or split them.

Step 5: Set Up a Stripe Account

  1. Create a New Stripe Account: Click the button to set up a new Stripe account linked to our platform. This is necessary even if you already have a personal Stripe account.
  2. Complete Stripe Setup: Follow the prompts to enter your details and set up the account.

Step 6: Finalize Your Registration

  1. Agree to Terms: Read and agree to the terms of service and other agreements.
  2. Submit the Form: Click the submit button after entering your name.
  3. Confirmation: You'll see a banner indicating that your information has been successfully submitted. You will be notified via email when your account is active.

Additional Features and Tips

  1. Fee Handling: If using Enrichment.kids as an additional sales channel, ensure pricing parity across platforms.
  2. Stripe Account: Remember that the Stripe account created here is specifically for Enrichment.kids transactions.

Once your account is active, you can start creating listings and selling spots for your camps and classes.
