Enrichment.kids helps you find programs that fit your child and your schedule, in one place, without bouncing between provider websites, PDFs, and email chains.
What you can do
- Search and filter. Browse summer camps, weekly classes, sports leagues, art and music programs, and more. Filter by location, age, dates, and category to find programs that actually match your child.
- See real details. Each listing shows the schedule, age range, location, price, and availability. For programs registering through Enrichment.kids, you'll see exactly what's open and what's not.
- Register in one place. For programs using our registration tools, you can complete the whole signup -- forms, payment, confirmation -- without leaving the site. Most checkouts take under five minutes.
- Join a waitlist. If a session is full, you can join the waitlist directly from the listing. The provider sees your request and can invite you in if a spot opens up.
What you see is what you pay
The price shown on a listing is the price you pay at checkout. There are no surprise add-ons. If a program isn't using our registration tools, the listing will link out to the provider's own signup page.

Add a Listing form. Listings are free, and providers can claim and manage their own listing at any time.

The problem it solves
Most program operators got into this work to teach kids -- not to chase spreadsheets, reconcile Venmo payments, or hunt down medical forms across three inboxes. If registration today means a flood of "is there still space?" emails, payments scattered across Zelle and checks, rosters in Google Sheets, and refund math done by hand, the platform is built to replace all of that.
What you get
- Online registration and payments. Parents find your program, pick a session, fill out your forms, and pay. You get notified instantly and funds deposit directly to your bank account.
- Rosters, waitlists, and forms in one view. Every session has a live roster showing participants, parent contact info, form responses, and payment status. Transfer participants between sessions, resend confirmations, manage waitlists -- all from one screen.
- Refunds without the math. Issue partial or full refunds in two clicks. The platform calculates the amounts, returns funds to the parent's original payment method, and updates your reports automatically.
- Tiered and sliding-scale pricing. Offer up to six price tiers per session so families can choose the price that fits them, whether that's sliding scale, member pricing, or something else.
- Discounts and sibling pricing. Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes. Sibling discounts apply automatically when a family registers two or more kids for the same session.
- Custom registration forms. Collect medical info, emergency contacts, dietary needs, photo releases, or anything else you need. Responses link to each participant and show up on the roster.
- Sales and payout reports. The Sales Report shows every transaction with fees and net revenue broken out. The Payout Report maps each bank deposit to the orders it contains. CSV export for your accountant.
- Embeddable widget. Already have a website? Paste one snippet of code and parents can browse sessions and register without ever leaving your page.
- Drop-in scheduling. If your program offers individual session days as well as full runs, parents can buy single dates with per-date capacity tracking.

Getting started
- Sign up at enrichment.kids/sign-up.
- Create your listing with your program name, description, location, and photos. Takes about five minutes.
- Set up payment account if you're using our registration tools. This is what lets you accept payment and have funds deposited to your bank.
- Add sessions with dates, times, pricing, and capacity. Tiered pricing, drop-in dates, and recurrence rules are all available.
- Go live. Share your link, embed the widget on your site, or let parents find you in search.

Enrichment.kids is independently owned and family-run from Petaluma, California. We're not venture-backed and we're not a side project of a larger company. The platform exists because the people running it use it themselves and care about getting it right for both the families and the providers using it.

Do I need an account to register my child?
Yes. You create an account during checkout, which lets you track your registrations, manage participant info, and join waitlists. The account is free.
What kinds of programs use Enrichment.kids?
Summer camps, weekly enrichment classes, after-school programs, sports leagues, music and art studios, preschools, and similar children's programs. The platform handles single-session events, full-week camps, multi-week class series, and drop-in scheduling.
Is this a marketplace, or registration software?
Both. Parents discover programs through the marketplace; providers run registration on the same platform. Providers can use the registration software without being heavily marketplace-dependent, and parents can find programs whether or not those programs use the registration tools.
My child's program isn't listed. Can I add it?
Yes. Use the
Add a Listing form to submit it. The provider can claim and customize the listing afterward at no cost.
Is the free listing actually free?
Yes. The Directory Listing tier has no monthly fee, no transaction fee, and no credit card required. You're listed in search and on the map and you can link out to your own registration. Paid tiers add featured placement and the full registration platform.
Most providers are live within an hour of signing up. If you'd like help moving over -- importing existing rosters, setting up sessions, or matching your current pricing structure -- we'll do it with you. Submit a ticket and ask.
