The emailed receipt you get from the Resend Email Receipt option can group together everything that was paid for in the same checkout. If those camps were purchased together, that one email may list more than one registration. To get a clean, single-registration receipt, use Taxes & Receipts instead.
You will see each child listed on the left, along with the total paid for that child during the year. Selecting a child shows a breakdown of the amounts paid to each provider, grouped into a card per provider.
A single-page PDF receipt for that one registration downloads to your device. Repeat the steps for any other registrations you need. Because each download covers a single registration, you can save one receipt for Body English and a separate receipt for a baking camp without the two being combined.
The per-registration PDF from this page includes everything a dependent care or flexible spending account (FSA) typically asks for to reimburse you or accept a submission: the provider's business name, your child's name, the session name and dates, the amount paid, and an order reference, all for a single registration. Downloading one receipt per registration keeps each provider and program on its own document, which is the format most plan administrators expect.
If a refund was issued on a registration, the receipt is updated automatically to show the amount paid, the amount refunded, and the net total, so the document always matches what you actually paid.
When a provider has added it, their EIN (tax ID) also appears on their card and on the receipt, and many spending account administrators ask for it. If you do not see an EIN, the provider has not added one yet. Many plans will accept the receipt without it, but if yours requires the EIN, ask the provider to add it in their account settings. Once they do, it will appear here automatically.
Whether a particular charge qualifies as tax-deductible child care is between you and your plan; the page links to the IRS Child and Dependent Care Credit guidance so you can cross-reference it.
Why did my emailed receipt include more than one camp?
When camps are paid for together in one checkout, the emailed receipt lists everything from that order. To get a receipt for just one registration, download it from Taxes & Receipts instead, where every registration has its own download icon.
Can I get a separate receipt for each registration?
Yes. On the Taxes & Receipts page, each registration is its own row with its own download icon. Downloading from a row gives you a receipt for that registration only. There is no combined multi-camp receipt — the single-registration format is what dependent care and FSA plans need.
Will this receipt be accepted by my FSA or dependent care plan?
The downloaded PDF includes the details these plans usually require for a single registration: the provider's name, your child's name, the session dates, the program, the amount paid, and an order reference. Requirements vary by plan, so check yours if you are unsure.
What if I received a refund for one of the camps?
The receipt reflects refunds automatically. If a refund has been issued, the receipt lists the amount paid, the amount refunded, and the net total, so it matches what you actually paid.
Can I get separate receipts for each of my children?
Yes. Select the child on the left side of the Taxes & Receipts page first, then download the receipts shown for that child.
Where is the provider's EIN or tax ID?
It appears on the provider's card and on the receipt when the provider has added it. If you do not see one, the provider has not added an EIN yet. If your spending account requires it, ask the provider to add it in their account settings, and it will then appear on your receipt.
