Enrichment.kids for Providers: What You Get and How the Plans Work

Enrichment.kids is registration software for kids' programs -- summer camps, classes, after-school programs, sports leagues, and music and art studios -- with a directory where parents search for programs. This article covers what the platform does for you, what each plan includes, and how to get started. Sign up at enrichment.kids/sign-up.

What it replaces

If registration today means answering "is there still space?" emails, collecting payments by Venmo, Zelle, and check, keeping rosters in spreadsheets, chasing medical forms across inboxes, and working out refunds by hand, Enrichment.kids puts all of that in one dashboard. Parents find your program, register, fill out your forms, and pay in one checkout, and you manage everything that follows from the same place.

What you get

These tools come with the Growth Plan and the Pro Plan, the plans that let you take registrations through Enrichment.kids.

  • Online registration and payments. Parents pick a session, fill out your forms, and pay. You're notified, and funds are deposited to your bank account.
  • Rosters, waitlists, and forms in one view. Each session has a live roster with participants, parent contact details, form responses, and payment status. Transfer participants between sessions and manage your waitlist from the same screen.
  • Custom registration forms. Collect medical information, emergency contacts, dietary needs, photo releases, or anything else you need. Responses are tied to each participant and show on the roster.
  • Messages to parents. Send a schedule change, a packing list, or next season's dates to a whole listing, one session, or only the participants you select on a roster. Attach files and schedule messages ahead. Unsubscribes are handled for you. See How Messages Work.
  • Refunds. Issue a full or partial refund from the dashboard. The amounts are calculated for you, the money goes back to the parent's original payment method, and your reports update automatically.
  • Tiered and sliding-scale pricing. Offer up to six price tiers per session, for sliding scale, member pricing, or anything else. See Tiered Pricing.
  • Discounts and sibling pricing. Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes. Once you set up a sibling discount, it applies automatically when a family registers two or more children. See Creating and Managing Discount Codes.
  • Installment plans. Let families pay over time.
  • Drop-in dates. If you offer single days as well as full runs, parents can buy individual dates, with capacity tracked per date.
  • Scholarships. Take applications on your own forms, review them in one queue, and award a place by inviting the child into a session with a scholarship code. One page shows what you awarded, what was taken up, and how many children it reached. See Offering and Awarding Scholarships.
  • Sales and payout reports. The Sales Report lists every transaction with fees and net revenue broken out. The Payout Report matches each bank deposit to the orders in it. Both export to CSV for your accountant.
  • Embeddable widget. Paste one snippet into your own website, and parents can browse sessions and register without leaving your page. See Embed Registration Form on Your Website.
  • Unlimited staff logins. Everyone on your team can sign in with their own account.

Listing analytics show how often your listings appear in search, how many parents click through, and how many visit your page, each compared with the previous period. A separate line shows how often AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude surfaced your program. See Understanding Your Listing Analytics.

Discovery and registration in one place

Enrichment.kids is both a directory and registration software. Parents can find your program in search, and when they register, it runs on the same platform. New families who discover you here and families you already serve go through the same checkout, and their registrations land on the same rosters and reports.

Getting started

  1. Sign up at enrichment.kids/sign-up. If your program is already in the directory, claim your listing instead of creating a new one.
  2. Create your listing with your program name, description, location, and photos.
  3. Complete payment account setup if you'll take registrations. This is what lets you accept payment and have funds deposited to your bank. See Setting Up Your Account to Sell.
  4. Add sessions with dates, times, pricing, and capacity. Tiered pricing, drop-in dates, and recurring schedules are all available. See Setting Up a Listing with the Wizard.
  5. Go live. Share your link, add the widget to your website, or let parents find you in search.
